Q. What does the price include? Is there an additional charge for the drinks?
A. The price includes everything except tax, travel charge, (if applicable) and gratuity. This means you get a barista and unlimited drinks- for one flat fee.
Q. What dairy-free, gluten-free options are available? Nut-Free?
A. We bring almond milk, and all of our smoothies are dairy and gluten-free. We use Dr. Smoothie brand smoothie mixes. Our sauce and syrup brands are Monin and Torani. We can accommodate nut-free events with notice.
Q. How much is suggested gratuity?
A. We suggest $25 per hour, per barista.
Q. How many people does one bar serve? How many baristas do I need? For how long?
A. It all depends on the bar you’re booking:
- Espresso Bar? Up to 40 drinks per hour/barista
- Espresso & Smoothie bar? Up to 50 drinks per hour/barista
- Smoothie Bar? 70+ drinks per hour/barista

Q. What size event can Jo-on-the-Go accommodate?
A. We love a big event! You can request up to four baristas, depending on availability.
Q. What do you need to set up?
A. One standard power outlet and a spot to park our carts (approximately 4 foot in width). We bring everything! The bars have a small footprint so we can fit almost anywhere. We can set up outside in certain conditions. Call to discuss.
Q. Is there a travel charge?
A. We charge $.65/mile round-trip from our home office for events outside Omaha city limits.
